Annual. Bedding plant with fine bright purple flowers. Reaches maximum heights of 15 cm and does not require particular care other than frequent, light watering. Sow in seedbed in Februry – March and transplant in April- May at distances of 30 cm, or plant out directly in March to April and then thin the seedlings out to 20-30 cm. The blooms, which are always plentiful, last from June to October.
