Seemed like a good idea at the time – a 7-day return and exchange policy!
1.If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to our store where you made your purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase or 3 days after the collection of the goods.
2.We cannot accept exchanges or returns of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items, food, plants, and customized products.
3.We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with a credit card, please bring the concerned credit card with you.
In case you change your mind after goods delivery and you require an on-site retrieval service, HKD$250 will be charged.
