Know as Agretti, Bacicci. Annual plant that live in very moist soil. The leaves are greenand thread like and reach lengths of 20 cm. Broadcast in rows of 30 cm aprt and in practically continious rows. The best period of sowing is from Oct to Dec in open field or under poly -tunnel cloche. The harvest starts then the seedings reach 10-15 cm. by cutting 2-3 cm above the soil. The leaves sprout again to yield several harvests.
