Payment
Place your order online and choose from the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit card and PayPal. Enter your contact details and full delivery address, review the order total and delivery charge, then complete payment. Your order confirmation will be sent by email.
Delivery times
Plants: estimated delivery in 3–5 days after ordering. Pots, planters and planter accessories: estimated delivery in 7+ days after ordering. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date. For other products, please refer to the delivery time stated on the product page or contact us before ordering.
Delivery charges
All amounts below are in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to your order value and delivery address.

Please include your area or town name in the delivery address, especially for Tung Chung, South Lantau and Discovery Bay, so the appropriate delivery option can be shown.
Small items sent by SF Express: where the freight-collect option applies, the SF delivery fee is paid directly to SF on arrival. A zero shipping amount at checkout for this option does not mean that SF delivery is free. Orders containing both standard-delivery products and SF items may include a standard delivery charge plus the SF fee payable on arrival.
Access and carrying charges
Standard delivery covers an address within 50 metres of the unloading point. For lift-access homes, goods are carried inside and placed. For walk-up buildings, standard delivery is to the building entrance; carrying goods upstairs is charged separately per floor, up to eight floors, with a quote from the delivery team.

Free standard delivery does not include additional carrying or stair charges. Please tell us about stairs, lift size, parking restrictions and the distance from the unloading point before delivery.
Home delivery is unavailable to restricted areas, addresses requiring goods to be lifted through a balcony, flats on the ninth floor or above without a lift, floating homes or yachts, and construction or renovation sites. For deliveries to a pier or quayside requiring onward sea transport, customers arrange and pay for the onward transport and loading or unloading.
Confirming or changing your delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the confirmed date. Additional purchases and order amendments must be confirmed at least three days before the scheduled delivery.
A HK$200 administration fee applies if you reschedule one day before delivery, or if a new delivery is needed because no one is available to receive the order. The new delivery date must be at least three days after the rescheduling request. If you cannot arrange receipt within one week of purchase, we will contact you to discuss cancelling the order.
Delivery may be suspended during thunderstorms, a No. 8 typhoon signal, a black rainstorm warning, ferry suspensions, serious flooding or road closures. Weather-related deliveries will be rearranged at no additional charge.
Nursery pickup and delivery enquiries
Pickup is available by appointment at our Pui O nursery, Monday–Saturday, 10:00–17:00. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.
