Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your goods

1. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to the store where you made your purchase within 3 days after receiving the goods.

2. We cannot accept exchanges or returns of previously assembled items, items with opened packaging, damaged items, discounted display items, food, plants, or customized products.

3. Products returned with the invoice will be refunded in full using the original payment method. For payments made by credit card, please bring the relevant credit card.

If you change your mind after delivery and require an on-site retrieval service, HK$250 will be charged.

Garden Plus reserves the final right to interpret these terms and conditions.
