Walk-up buildings: delivery to the building entrance; stair carry-up is quoted separately. Delivery charges depend on your order value and address; see the shipping policy for the full rate table.
Nursery pickup is by appointment at Pui O, Mon–Sat, 10:00–17:00. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.
