Description
Wild bushy plant that grows to heights of about 40 cm. Upright, nodular stem and spear-shaped, waxy, shiny green leaves. Harvest by cutting the young sprouts, which are used for their delicate flavour, to prepare soups, risottos, sauces and omelettes. Sowing instructions : broadcast in spring and autumn.
