Dracaena marginata
Indoor Multi-Head Dracaena Marginata
Slender canes and tiered tufts of narrow leaves give this multi-head dragon tree a light, vertical outline. Four height ranges let you match it to a reading corner, living room or office.
Choose height & planter
All four heights pair with all six planters. Price = height base price + planter supplement. Leave room for the leaf tips beyond the pot.

Planting & styling guide
How do I move and repot a multi-cane dragon tree?
Protect the staggered stems
- Support the pot when moving; never lift by a leaf head or a single cane.
- Let a newly delivered plant settle before unnecessary repotting.
- If roots are crowded, choose a slightly larger pot with effective drainage.
- Keep the existing soil line around the canes; do not bury stems deeper to straighten them.
- Check the whole clump is stable and excess water can be removed.
Head count is not a fixed specification
The product is sold by its listed height and planter. Individual cane positions and leaf-head arrangements will vary.
How should I respond to brown leaf tips?
- Check exposureCheck for strong window sun or an AC stream hitting one side of the narrow leaves.
- Check the pot firstDo not add water just because tips are brown. Check below the surface, and empty water trapped in a cover or saucer.
- Review water and feedDracaenas are sensitive to fluoride and excess salts. For persistent tip burn, consider a known low-fluoride water source and review fertiliser dilution; ordinary filters do not all remove fluoride.
- Watch new growthDamaged tips will not turn green again. Judge changes by healthy new leaves rather than repeatedly cutting into healthy tissue.
What complements its fine, tiered foliage?

Does each plant have the same number of heads?
No fixed head count is stated for this product. The height and planter define the option; the arrangement of living canes and tufts varies.
Read moreCan I shorten one cane without trimming every head?
Yes, a healthy cane can be shortened selectively to manage height, with new shoots potentially forming below the cut. Plan which level to change; avoid removing every leafy head at once.
Read moreDo narrow trunks mean it fits any narrow gap?
The pot may be compact but the leaf tufts spread beyond it. Check leaf-tip clearance at several heights, especially beside chairs, curtains and walkways.
Read moreIs it suitable for a home with cats or dogs?
Dracaena marginata is toxic to cats and dogs if eaten. Keep all leaf heads and fallen leaves out of reach; if chewing cannot be prevented, choose another plant. Contact a veterinarian if ingestion is suspected.
