Erect variety with round – oval core and fine pale white colour. Composed of thick fleshy, particularly crunchy sheathes. Average weight around 500 g. Sow in open field in July and August, with distances between the rows of 40 cm and 20 cm between seeds along the row. Harvest begins 3 months later. Does not withstand repeated frosts. Keep the ground well watered to prevent the deformation of the heart.
