Frequently asked questions
Rosemary
Can I water it on the same schedule as mint?
No. Rosemary needs a freer-draining, drier root environment. Check each pot separately.
Will a bare woody stem reliably regrow after hard cutting?
Regrowth from old bare wood can be poor. Keep pruning within leafy growth whenever possible.
Does drought tolerance mean a small pot never needs water?
No. Check the root mix and water when needed; limited pot volume dries differently from an established garden plant.
Can I harvest the entire plant at once?
Keep healthy leafy stems for recovery and confirm the treatment history before using leaves in food.
