Frequently asked questions
Dwarf Coconut Palm
Does dwarf mean it stays 120 cm tall?
No. Dwarf describes relative growth or mature form, not a permanent tabletop size. The listed heights are supplied options.
Can I cut the top off when it becomes too tall?
No. A coconut palm has one main growing crown; cutting it away can kill the palm. Plan the location before it outgrows the space.
Can it be kept indoors without direct daylight?
It still needs a suitable bright growing position. Do not treat an ornamental tree as a low-light decoration.
Should I repot on delivery day?
Check root condition and drainage first. Avoid unnecessary disturbance to a healthy newly arrived plant; repot when roots or the medium require it.
