Heavy bags · Delivery covers an address within 50 m of the unloading point. Walk-up buildings without a lift are delivered to the entrance; carrying upstairs is charged per floor (up to eight floors) and quoted by the delivery team. Please tell us the floor and whether there is a lift when you order.
Delivery across Hong Kong: free on orders of HK$1,000 or more (Tung Chung and South Lantau from HK$500; Discovery Bay over HK$800), HK$100–250 below that. Stair carrying, carries over 50 m and SF freight-collect items are extra. Pickup by appointment at our Pui O nursery, Lantau (Mon–Sat 10:00–17:00). Delivery details
