Honeysuckle
Can I pick the flowers for tea?
It is sold as an ornamental plant; consult a registered Chinese medicine practitioner or pharmacist before any culinary or medicinal use.
Does it grow fast?
Yes. It twines around nearby rails and plants, so prune regularly and train it onto its own support.
It dropped leaves in winter. Is it dead?
Probably seasonal leaf drop. If a light scratch shows green under the bark it is alive; new leaves usually follow in warmer weather.
Can I grow it indoors?
Not recommended. It needs direct sun to flower well, so keep it outdoors on a balcony, terrace or rooftop.

Will you bring it inside?
With lift access, plants can be placed indoors. For walk-up buildings, standard delivery is to the building entrance. Stair carrying is extra and should be arranged in advance.
Can I collect it from the nursery?
Yes. Pickup is available at 20D Lo Wai Village, Pui O, Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm. Please make an appointment once your order is ready.
