Check size, drainage and placement

Outer pot or repotting?
For an outer pot, measure your current inner pot and check the internal opening, depth and base space, with room to lift it out. For repotting, choose the next suitable size for the rootball. A listed dimension does not confirm the usable internal size.

Plan indoor watering
For an ordinary outer pot, keep a draining inner pot; lift out small pots to water, let them drain and return them. Empty collected water. Before direct planting, confirm drainage holes and arrange a watertight saucer to protect the floor.

Give rainwater a way out
Check the drainage outlet, clearance beneath the pot and the route to the floor drain. Empty standing water from saucers. Stones cannot replace drainage holes.

Check access and support
Measure doorways, access routes and the intended spot. Check support for the combined weight of pot, plant and wet growing medium. In windy spots, consider the shape's stability; a heavy pot is not windproof.
Check the product description or actual item for internal dimensions, drainage design and whether a saucer is included. Follow the reservoir design for self-watering planters.

Large Tapered Square - FC-036 | Fiber Clay Planter
A commercial-use Fiber Clay planter with a large square opening, clean straight edges and a gently tapered body. FC-036 has a simple architectural form designed for large-scale planting, making it especially suitable for entrances, hotel landscapes, shopping malls, rooftops, gardens and commercial projects.
Its generous planting volume provides practical space for palms, shrubs, small trees and substantial ornamental planting. The slightly tapered lower body gives the planter a cleaner and lighter visual profile than a completely straight-sided square planter, while maintaining a strong and stable appearance.
The Fiber Clay construction provides more visual weight and texture than a PRM plastic planter while remaining easier to move and position than a traditional cement planter.

Weight feel: Large, substantial and stable; easier to handle and position than a comparable cement planter
Key product features: Lightweight for its size, durable, water-resistant, fire-resistant, not easy to deform or age, and resistant to corrosion, heat and low temperature. The surface is specially treated to reduce fading during normal outdoor use.
