Care Tips

Light
Prefers bright, indirect light. Gentle morning sun is beneficial, but avoid strong direct afternoon sunlight to prevent leaf scorch.
Soil
Use well-draining, slightly acidic soil (azalea or camellia mix works well). Good drainage is essential—avoid heavy or alkaline soil.
Watering
Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy. Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry. Avoid letting the soil completely dry out, especially during budding and flowering.
Fertilizer
Apply diluted acidic plant fertilizer every 2–4 weeks during the growing and budding season to encourage healthy blooms. Reduce feeding after flowering.
